4 months

Movin on up!  Zoe continues to grow big and strong.  She's at the 85th percentile for height, 57th for weight and 42nd for head circumference.  As of right now, her height comes from her dad.  This time around at her appointment I did not cry when Zoe got shots...which is a miracle. She actually did really well and of course she cried but as soon as we scooped her up she was just fine.  Just a champ.

Zoe is mastering tummy time.  She loves standing in the jumper and grabbing the rattle blocks attached to it.  She grabs, grabs, grabs anything she can and immediately puts it to her mouth.  It's fun watching her discover.  She already loves her little blankie that is just like Caleb's...only hers is girly colors of course.  She's also a great sleeper which we are so grateful for.  She's quite the chatterbox too...she must get that from dad as well...wink wink.

Happy 4 months beautiful!! You are such a happy, smiley baby.  You truly bring so much joy into our lives.  Love you!

Big Airplanes

"Mom can we look for big airplanes?" is the question I get asked every day in the car ever since I took Caleb to watch airplanes land about a month ago.  I was missing spending time with him because I had been consumed with Zoe (which is a good thing) ever since she was born. That being said, I was missing "Caleb time" so I planned a date for the two of us and what better thing to do than go watch airplanes.  Caleb has always loved airplanes and this might have been the pinnacle of anything airplane related since he's been born.  We enjoyed watching them land, take off and taxi.  Caleb especially liked the Southwest Airlines and Sun Country Airlines airplanes because they were blue. Sorry Delta but you don't win the "cool" airplane award according to the toddler.  We had a blast and I'm excited for more mommy/son play dates.
