Scored a free cupboard from my in laws and upscaled it a tad.  Now it keeps my cleaning supplies up and out the way with no longer easy access for my kiddos.  Thanks Mike and La!!

Neighborhood kids

These kids will grow up to be the best of friends and I love how they already just swing on by, ring the doorbell and ask to play with our kids.  This picture is a yearly tradition we started the day before school!  How cool.

Wedding Fun

It's so fun getting all dressed up for a wedding and holy smokies these kids look so adorable.  Suits and frilly dresses call for photos, a blog post and possibly some modeling?!  

They were full of exhausting (for the parents not the kids) energy.  We had to divert from the wedding to a nearby picnic table and distract with a coloring book and crayons.  They had a puzzle there which distracted Caleb during dinner time.  Hallelujah!  

My favorite part was seeing the kids dance together on the dance floor.

After the kids left with my mom I was able to visit with all of my relatives which always leaves me with sore cheeks (not butt) from laughing so hard.  Here's uncle Allen standing in for Kimmie during our girl cousins picture. Haha!

Little miss chiropractor

Daddy worked hard this weekend hauling A LOT of really heavy pavers so Zoe thought she'd help realign his back for him.  She's a pro.

Caleb just walked up to me in bed and put his hand on my heart and said "Mommy I'm praying over your heart because you aren't feeling good"...."oh and you're the prettiest of them all".  Well if that doesn't warm your heart then I don't know what does.  Just earlier this evening he was being a real stinker to Zoe and then he goes and does something so incredibly sweet like this.  I just love him so much.  God just reminding me that I'm doing ok at this mom thing even though many times I think I'm failing.  The most important thing I can show my kids is love and that's what I'll continue to do.  Some oldies but goodies of the two of us...
